What HuggerHustle does
HuggerHustle helps you find potential business customers and professional partners. We write a warm introduction and, with your permission, send it from HuggerHustle’s own email address on your behalf. Replies come to HuggerHustle and show in your account. When a business replies and wants to meet, we book the meeting at a time you pick, or send one email connecting you both, with you CC’d, and the conversation continues from your own inbox. Sending and payments may not be open yet. You remain responsible for the truth and accuracy of your business information and for the prices, scope of work, and other business terms you agree to.
Signing in
Enter your email and the verification code sent to it. Your first successful verification creates an account; later verifications sign you back in. Keep access to your email secure. Sign-in emails are free.
Your permission and controls
Signing in does not give permission to send introductions. You approve individual introductions or allow automatic sending with a total limit, daily limit, and end date. Follow-ups are a separate choice. A meeting is booked only at a time you pick. You can turn follow-ups off or pause sending. An email already being sent may finish after you pause.
Free allowance and pricing
New eligible businesses receive 3 free introductory meetings. A meeting counts when we book it on your calendar or when you choose to be connected with a business that replied. Research, outreach emails, follow-ups, and reply handling do not use a free meeting. A free trial also has a limit on how many introductions it sends.
After your free meetings, continued sending requires a $500.00/month subscription, billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing; the subscription then ends at the close of the month already paid. Sending pauses when your free meetings are used and you have no active subscription. Acceptance by the email service does not guarantee delivery to an inbox.
Payments and billing problems
A third-party payment provider processes payments. Your subscription starts after payment is confirmed. Contact support about a duplicate charge, a subscription that did not start, or a refund request. These terms do not limit consumer rights provided by law where they apply. Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund or cancel a subscription; cancel it from Billing first.
Sending responsibly
Use only an account and business you have permission to represent. Provide truthful business information and a valid mailing address; we include them in each introduction we send for you. Do not impersonate another business, try to get around requests to stop emails or other contact restrictions, give us misleading information to put in an introduction, or repeatedly claim free meetings. We may pause sending, including automatically when many emails are returned, and pause access when needed to investigate misuse or protect account security.
Research and outcomes
We explain why a business may be a match, what the sources show, and what remains unknown. A suggestion does not guarantee that a business has money available, will reply, will buy, or will attend a meeting. Founder stories describe that person’s reported experience. Discussions, paperwork in progress, signed orders, and paid orders are different outcomes.
Introductions and meetings
When someone who replied wants to meet, we ask them for a good day and time, then email you times from the meeting hours on your profile page. When you pick one, we book a Google Meet and send you both a calendar invitation. If no time fits, or you ask us to connect you, we send one email connecting you both, with you CC’d.
Support and account closure
To delete your account, contact support. See the Privacy notice for information we keep after closure. Important changes to prices or these terms will be shown before they apply to new purchases.
